Got new Hankook ION EVO SUV on my 22 AWD w/ 19s.

Posted here are the before/after alignment results.

Problem is that the car is slightly pulling the right before the alignment, and persists after. I let go of the wheel and within 2 seconds the lane-assist is popping me back, and that repeats until I have to sit and hold the steering wheel. Numbers seem OK - any ideas?

Those readings look good to me, shouldn’t be the geometry that’s affecting anything.

Start with the simple stuff.

If you had new tyres, unlikely to be those.

Is there a brake binding slightly?

Tyre pressures correct?

Can you be certain it’s not that lane assist?

Mine makes me think the steering pulls before I stop fighting it then it aims true.

Could it be the camber of the road? Driving on the right leaves you on a slope down the camber off to the right.

Beyond that you may need an expert alignment garage to start fiddling with the geometry settings, making adjustments to stop the wander.

I used to fully load my car for around the 100,000 miles of its 120,000 and needed to adjust the rear camber angles all the way to the extreme positive to eliminate premature wear to inner rear tyre shoulders.

Seem to recall also adjusting the tracking/toe to one end of specified range to stop front tyre outer shoulder wear.

I would have the shop take a look at the car again. I recently experienced a similar issue after an alignment. A second visit addressed the issue after I expressed my concerns and experience.

I don't know what they did the second time to fix the issue, but I suspect that my steering wheel wasn't centered when the alignment was performed the first time.

Sounds like Lane Assist cameras are not working properly. Not the alignment. Turn off Lane Assist and see if it stops pulling.
