I looked for this topic, but couldn't seem to find one that fits. I have a '25 Premium AWD Extended Range MME. Can anyone tell me whether the MME range differs across these driving modes? Usually, at 100% it reads between 290 and 303 miles, and I drive normally on Engaged. It did well this weekend on a trip from the Coachella Valley to Marina Del Rey. Juiced up overnight, drove to Costa Mesa in the morning, then home the following day without plugging in again. When I got home, it still showed about 100 miles in range. So, I guess what I'm trying to figure out is the best mode for all-around driving range. Oh, and I don't use one pedal or BlueCruise.

Posted often. All are the same efficiency, as is one pedal. BlueCruise, like any other cruise control, may be more efficient for some and less for others, depending how you drive.

And the modes don't have d's on the end. You "unbridle" the pony. And, as Jean Luc Picard says, "Engage".

Here are a couple sites that discuss the most efficient drive mode:
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/most-eco-mode.33737/
https://www.macheforum.com/site/threads/testing-the-range-of-unbridle-extend.33854/

The general consensus is that there are not big differences in efficiency in the different drive modes. Also, it is not particularly easy to get a very accurate measurement of m/kwh.

Every time someone asks for a list of things that people would like to see added to the Mach-E, I always suggest "Trip Mode". In this mode there would be some reductions in performance that increased the efficiency of the car, and all those changes would be documented so people would know what they were getting when they used "Trip Mode". But adding a second gear, and the ability to only use rear wheel drive in a 4WD vehicle (which is not possible in the current configuration) would really increase the range of the vehicle.

One should note that it is called a GOM (Guess of meter) for a reason. It isn't reliable as an "absolute range that you will get" kind of thing.

Second, if you really want to go farther, go slower. That is the number one thing that will extend range.

Third the driving mode doesn't change the max power. If you floor it, it is the same in all modes. What changes is how much you have to press to get X amount of acceleration. So, with the proper amount of throttle you can certainly accelerate "just as slow" in Unbridled as you do in Whisper. The same goes for the brake.
