anyone knows if level 2 charging in winter from 0 to 100 uses noticeably more from the grid than spring/summer? Yes. Because some of that power will be used to warm the battery for better charging. Just being plugged in and not charging will still use power to prevent your battery from getting too cold. So add that plus charging the battery.
