Hey guys,

I've picked up my new 2025 Mach-E in Velocity Blue... loving it so far!

One small defect I'd like some help with... the black plastic trim above the rear passenger's head is coming loose on one side.
I'm happy to have a go at pushing this back in firmly to click it back into place... but I'm not sure where to push (ie... where are the retaining clips?) and how hard. I don't want to break anything!

I've attached a pic of the problem. (And one of the car too... just for fun.)

Is this an easy fix, and if so, what's the best way to push it back into place?

Or is it possibly a missing clip or something else that is better handled by Ford Service?

Thanks guys!
Mike

This should help: (check to be sure that any missing clips are not left in the body slots...

Use that B2B warranty. If you break it trying to “fix” it, they may not cover it.

Thanks for the replies guys.

I think I'll go the dealer fix route - not worth messing with it and breaking something! (It doesn't lock into place with a bit of a push, either...)

Cheers!
