Refinance Ford Options

Does anyone know how many months before I can refinance with the dealership making the small profit of the loan? Current rate is 2.75 and I can get a new rate of 1.5 but I want to maintain a good relationship with the dealership. Thanks,

If you don't mind sharing what bank are you getting the 1.5 rate from? I am looking to refinance my option.
