Remote Start -Ford Mach-e 2023 Premium

I see some people can set the temp via the Ford pass app. Mine only has climate off and on. I have a 2024 premium. Any suggestions? Thanks.

My 2024 has this in the Departure Times preferences: ??

Note that this setting is for preconditioning events. My 2021 followed the last HVAC setting for temperature when the JVAC was remote-started. Not sure on my 2024 since I have not yet performed either event with it. ?‍?

Yeah, but some people have the ability to actually select the temperature of the cabin in the Ford pass app when they turn on the remote climate. I don't have that.

You may not have the updates. The temp settings only appear after the fan button is pressed and the car has successfully started the HVAC.

A work around is to use the departure settings.

Hello Everyone,

Is it possible to remote start 2023 Ford Mach-e premium? If so how can we do that? Would be nice to keep the car warm in a cold winter night before we start to drive.

If you're going on a longer drive or you leave home/work the same time everyday you can set a departure time (Energy -> Departure Times). This will not only heat/cool the cabin but it will prepare the battery temperature using the charger as well.

My 2024 doesn’t either and it has only 2 module updates pending in FDRS, neither of which is related to HVAC. ?‍?
