Planning for the Mach-E is a big deal. I'm ready for EV, excited even, and saying this with a classic car in my garage. It's the right thing to do for our kids and ever-improving stewardship of the planet.
I concur that the reveal seems out if front of Ford's preparedness. I am not yet turned off, but Ford has a lot of reaching out and ground to cover BEFORE June.
Ford could earn big brownie points by putting together tutorial videos about their home chargers, installation requirements, costs, programming it for cheapest overnight charging, programs with regional energy companies, Powerwall equivalents, etc.
I have toddler twins and a family. The last thing I need is to bring home a car and not be knowledgeable and fully up to speed on home and public charging!
