Reverse braking system no longer available

About two weeks after I received my 2021 mustang mach e I hit a deer and had the minor repair on my front bumper. The car had to go back to the Ford dealer for “radar calibration” and now the car no longer breaks when in reverse? This emergency feature is no longer available. Took it back to the dealer but they said it was probably a software corruption
