So we made a nice 240 - 260 loop drive today in the MME4. We left Richland, WA and headed north on back roads that pretty much stayed in the scablands (although since irrigation from Grand Coulee Dam it’s now very fertile farmlands) up to Dry Falls State Park.
About 10 miles from Dry Falls is probably the loneliest Tesla supercharger in the state on the shores of Banks Lake near the town of Coulee City.
The Frunk is open because that's where I keep the adapter and the tailgate is open because when you're in the middle of nowhere charging up you might as well have a picnic.
No, she’s not flipping me the bird, she’s waving. The charger worked great and from here we drove home via a different route and thoroughly enjoyed the drive.
Gas is expensive in Washington State. Glad I went EV last summer.
My wife wanted to see Dry Falls again and I wanted to curb my range anxiety. Through prior research I knew that supercharger was there but somehow, I had my doubts. But there it was clean and in pristine working order. It was a fun day trip.
