Road trip for GTPE

An official GT owner now. Made a 6 1/2 hour drive up to Columbus to trade my Premium for a Cyber Orange GTPE. On the way back home today coming through Cincinnati I came across a Cyber Orange Premium also with drive out tags, and we eneded up caravanning all the way down to the next charge point in Louisville. The two Cyber Orange cars charging together drew a lot of attention and questions.

The car performed great. I have to admit though, I babied it on the way home after reading all of the HVJB reports here.

Beautiful! Cyber Orange is what we have on order too, but a Premium. Very excited to get it.

Can I ask, why did you worry about babying it on the way home, I assume with the new car? It should have the new HVBJB, or is it just an abundance of caution?

Also, did you notice a big difference in ride? Would be interested to hear from someone that has had both and likely driven the same route a few times with the Premium.

Check your build date, if it's after May 2022 (I assume it is!) no need to baby it!

Unfortunately it's a March build date. The only one I could find with a post May build date was a Grabber Blue in MI and they would not budge on price.

Big difference in the ride. The suspension in itself I think is worth the cost in my opinion. And the seats feel so much better. Nothing wrong with the Premium though we obviously loved it or would have not considered the upgrade.
