Let me preface this post by acknowledging that other forum members have had success dealing with ROKBLOKZ.

My experience has been poor. I ordered mud-flaps and was unable to successfully install the rear set because the screw kept turning the clip inserted into the wheel arch. When I requested a refund, I was told I had to take a picture of every part (front and back) and all the assembly accessories. I did so, and then was sent the following response:

As your set has been opened and partially assembled it would incur higher restocking fees as a return (estimated at about 50%). We do not typically accept returns on partially assembled sets but can make an exception for you with the understanding that your restocking fee will be higher.
How could a customer possibly know they would have a problem with installation if they didn’t first open the packaging and attempt to install?!

Perhaps my experience has been an exception to the norm, but for me, it was definitely a buyer beware purchase.

I have the rally style on mine and generally like them. But I did have the same issue with not being able to fully tighten at least one of the screws. I THINK it was also one of the rears. But if I recall, the rears had enough coverage with the other screws that I just let it go.

Their response is troubling from a couple perspectives though... if anything (maybe this wasn't an option for you?), I think they should have at least tried to troubleshoot and possibly offer new hardware and other suggestions for install. This should be the VERY LEAST they should do.

But having said that, the return policy on their website does say they don't accept mounted or partially mounted items. Honestly, reading through the whole return policy makes them kind of sound like assholes - but who knows, maybe they have their "reasons."

Literally just reading through their return policy will make me reconsider supporting them in the future. I'm not really a full "the customer is always right" person - but if you have someone unhappy for whatever reason, you either try to solve the problem they're having or you just make it right, no questions asked.

Having said all of that... Rally Armor is almost the same. They don't accept returns and have a restocking fee for anything that is exchanged or does manage to get returned. So that's just as frustrating from a customer service perspective.

Don't know what it is with these people...

I had the very same problem. They are now sitting in my garage with a new pair of screws that still aren't right that Rokblokz sent me.

Unable to return...waste of money.

I have the smaller ROKBLOKZ flaps. I love the way they look and function, but also have the same issue with some of the fasteners not tightening. It's a bit annoying, for sure, but not a deal breaker IMO. I may contact them and see what they suggest.

Mine not ideal either. The included hardware was just not adequate.

Trying to think of I had any issues...
Probably had one that didn't tighten or a screw that spun. However, all the flaps felt secure and did not move so I thought nothing of it.

Also had a set on my mazda 3 for over 10 years. Sorry to hear about these issues though.

I just installed these on my car. I noticed the middle insert on the back did not do the job. It would not fully tighten. I had this issue with the four smaller inserts. By accident before this, because I did not read the instructions, I had cut part of one of the larger inserts flange so that it would sit flush in the cutout for that position. I was able to tighten that fully. I then reached out to them and asked if I could have four of the larger inserts, which are currently being shipped to me at no charge. I would recommend you try this route. Shown bellow is how I cut the larger insert, looking top down.

I have these as well and remember plenty of frustration getting them installed but didn't feel I had to contact customer support. Great flaps if you can get them installed.
