My car sat Nav calls almost all speed cameras red light cameras. It has also not been updated for the “new“ M1/M6 junction which has been in place for years. I have been told that I have the latest software. I have also been told that any updates will need to be done via the web + USB stick owing to the size of the files involved. I love the car but these issues are really irritating. I am also finding the help team to be very slow in responding to emails and unavailable over the phone- presumably because everybody is having similar problems.

Who are you talking to via email? I have been (continuously) emailing [email protected] with all my Sat Nav issues and getting quick replies. Hopefully now some action, but I'm not holding my breath.

Yes I've become friends with them too and the lady at esales is also involved with them.
My dealer believes Ford will listen more to me than to them.


This article depressed me as I have umpteen Garmin devices and none of them perform well. Garmin software is awful.

The last email from esales seems to accept that there is a problem with the Sat Nav that I should not be experiencing. This is an advance over being told I have it set incorrectly.
