Shoutout to Pierre Ford’s mobile service team. I gotta say that the mobile service thing is so convenient and awesome to take advantage of. They came to my place twice to work on the car, first for a recall update and again to replace the 12V battery, both times with no fuss.

They can do pretty much anything that doesn’t require a full lift. Definitely give it a go if you’re in the Seattle metro area!

I think it’s Lake City? I just called the phone number or scheduled online and they came to take care of it. Easiest service experiences I’ve had.

My mom has a 2025 Tesla Model 3 and I’m the one who had to schedule service via the app. While Tesla’s app is pretty slick, Pierre Ford has been easier and quicker to schedule.

Wish more dealers would do this for simple repairs and software updates. I think it's more convenient for everyone involved. Ford has been pushing for it, but a lot of dealers still don't do mobile service. It's a huge differentiator if a dealer has the capability.

Pierre Ford’s mobile techs said that they’re hoping more people use their service. Since the cost is the same as using the service center, it was a no brainer for me. $300 for a new 12V battery and used zero of my own time.

What do you have to do to request mobile service? I had to have my roof console replaced because the latch tab for the sunglasses holder broke. I had to take it in but I saw that West Hills has a mobile. So just wondering how to get them to use it.
