Second Fordpass user

Hi. My wife is the primary user of our Mach E. She has the primary Fordpass account. We have tried to add me. I have downloaded the app, input the information and sent her an activation request. When she goes to the Vehicle access screen message to approve me, the "Yes" does not appear to work. Has anyone had this issue? Do i need to do anything in the car to get it to work?

I just picked up a new MME two days ago and I have the same problem. After multiple chat sessions, Ford has indicated it does not work right now to have two accounts linked to a single car. They are working on it but no timeline was supplied.
