Hi we have 2 profiles set up in the car one for the wife and 1 myself, my question is why 8 times out of 10 doe it go to the wife’s profile even if she has not been in the car or driven it in over 2 weeks.
Take today I drove to work this morning on my profile when I got in the car 10 hours later it started on the wife’s profile. I put it on mine drove to a shop parked when I came out it started again on the wife’s profile ( she is at home 15 km away).
Any idea why it does this?

Did you tie profiles to the key fobs? If so are you using her fob by mistake? I know the answer is probably, “no” but figured I’d offer this as a possibility.

I will check but pretty sure I have the same key I allways have used
