I live in Huntsville, AL and I'm in Panama City, FL for a few weeks. Suddenly, my 22 Premium Mach-E will not charge and appears to be slowly losing range. Local dealer (Autonation) says they cannot even look at it for months. I'm not sure if the car will run in a few days. Is this normal? Right now, my plan is to take it to them and ask that they keep it until it's fixed, even if they can't look at it now. Any suggestions for a better approach? I can't drive it home like this, and I'm not sure I can count on it even making a local trip soon.

Mike, what type of charging have you tried (L1, L2, L3)? Are there any warning messages present in car? Does the charge ring turn red when you plug it in?

Have you tried it at more than one location?

Two days later and this has gotten better for me, but more interesting. Charges fine at a fast charger, charges fine at the L2 charger. My 110 charger, which reliably charged about 3 miles per hour before this week, shows 1 kw charging (right) and shows it adding about 1 kwh per hour. However, the car shows no increase in per cent charged or range. Last night, I left it on for 12 hours, got a 7 mile increase in range and 2 percent increase.FordPass says it added 12 kwh. I'm guessing it's a charge cord gone bad, since I'm charging at the same outlet and extension cord as before when I was getting 3 miles range added per hour. Any guesses from you guys?
