Setting departure time to warm without car being plugged in option error

Does anyone else get this error? I called. No one knows. Crazy how no one at the dealership or the ford app knows anything about this car. I get its new, but come on. I try to check the box :Allow start when vehicle is unplugged" and it always gives me that error at the top.

I have the latest android fordpass update and when I enabled that setting it saved it with no error

Ahh, I guess maybe its just an IOS issue?? I've deleted and install the app twice. Still no luck. I guess I Can put it on one of my android phones, set the option and then call it a day haha

Small world, I got the same message today. I wonder if this is a new toggle switch with the update, cause I don’t remember seeing it before. However, despite the error I remote started my car on my way out of the office today and when I got there it was on and preheating. Must be just an error with the iOS app.

The toggle was added in version 3.19. It is only for scheduled departure preconditioning. Manual remote start works without it.
