Sirius Presets resetting...

Thought it was a fluke, but all of my Sirius channels reset AGAIN. Not sure how but, they did and I’m beyond frustrated.

- same key
- never set up PAAK
- didn’t change driver presets on the door

I just, got in the car after work...all of my channels are reset to what seems to be Default.

anyone else experience this?

Known issue, just gotta wait for the APIM update which is coming soon! Connect to wifi and pray.

Switch to a different profile and back to yours. That should bring them back.

That sounds like a Sync 4A issue addressed by SB 21-2310. See attached. I would call the dealer.

Related: does anyone know how to reset and re-scan for radio stations? Some are missing on my Mach-E (DAB+ in Australia). thanks.
