Small HUD display bugged

So I went to my dealer for checkup and software updates. Since then I have problems with the small screen behind the steering wheel. The small car is no longer showing, this makes it impossible to see if lane assist, cruise control or distance control is working. It seems like they are working but I can no longer see the status. In additon to that already annoying problem I can no longer change the key pad code at the door or activate intelligent cruise control. Anyone with the same problem

I can't possibly imagine this fixing it, but have you tried a Sync reboot? (vol down + seek right on the wheel)

Press the lane centering button on the steering wheel. You may need to cycle lane centering off and back on but it should switch to the other display.

Regarding the keypad issue, can you explain the issue with more detail? Do you have the factory code?

I even did a reset of the entire system and I did not worked. Switching on or of the lane assist is not helping. Switching lane assist, distance control or cruise control on or of nothing works

For the door pad. I try to change it. I entire the factory code. After this has been done I have to confirm twice the new code. I enter the code but after confirm nothing happens. The fields are empty but no confirmation it just runs in a loop

You show APIM and IPC updates as still available. You will likely need to have these successfully updated to solve the issues.

PCM, PSCM, IPMA, CMR, CCM, SOBDMC - Successfully installed on 28/3
APIM - Installation attempted on 28/3 but failed
RFA, CCM - Successfully installed on 29/3
IPC - Installation attempted on 29/3 but failed

Cool that is awesome, thanks. That means my dealer has to update this? I asking because my dealer said he can do nothing and Ford would need to bring out a fix. Why is the dealer not telling me that. I guess he has the same infos.

They attempted both updates vis USB and were not successful. I'm not sure if they just ignored the install issues or attempted to address with Ford but this is likely the problem.

The dealer should be able to troubleshoot the failed installs and there are some recent TSB's for repairing the APIM if it is in an unknown state. If they can't resolve then round trip flights from Boston to Luxembourg are cheap right now, I would be glad to make a house call. ??

I had such great experience with the dealer with my previous non E Ford Mustang. But with the MachE their service isnt that great anymore. Like if they would have told me that they had problems and would need to check it was fine with me, but no they said nothing and it was me detecting the problems during my way home.

Change the drive mode to Whisper - press the lane centering button on the steering wheel, not in settings.
