Another GT Back trimIt looks good, but incomplete.
Can you add vinyl on the bottom of the lights? (Between the elephant legs?) I think that would finish it off nicely.

Mine has not faded or degraded in any way so far.
I just got back from a local vinyl wrap installer (shoutout to Spectrum Auto in Colorado Springs) where I had the Struckndesign GT grille wrap applied, and then a blackout bar between the taillights. I think it's a nice touch.
Edit: Kudos to @oadesign who came up with the grille artwork. It looks wonderful.
If imitation is flattery, you should be pleased with the pictures I've attached of my vinyl wrap that imitated yours. One difference: I added vinyl in between the taillights to make the black accent go all the way across the back.
I was going to do what Mr Peanut did above, but now that I see this, I think I may go this route. That looks great without filling in the "feet" of the rhino lights. I was struggling with going the other way since it makes the GT emblem off center from the black bar. This doesn't give that appearance issue.This is how I did the rear on my car. Similar, but different! Accentuates the spoiler.
The piece of vinyl cost about $10.
I cut it. I applied a larger piece and cut around the edges. Here is the write up I did about it which should provide all the information you need (some of the information is in answers to questions):
