Good afternoon everyone,
So, I want to thank everyone for the entertainment and drama of this forum. Everyone I have interacted with on this board has been either entertaining or educational. You guys are awesome.
I had been bouncing the idea of selling off the Pony a year or so ago but was so upside down in payments, it just wasn't feasible so I stopped entertaining the idea. A couple of weeks ago when they killed off the Lightning, I figured it might be a good time to entertain the idea again. I started looking at 25 Lightnings and they were very motivated to get rid of them. One of my local dealers had 5 25 Lariats on their lot. The next closest Lariat was in Richmond and they only had one. I started playing the game with the dealer while I was trying to sell off the Pony. Long story long, I got 24K for my 21 Premium with 27K miles on it. A little over break even. I picked up a 25 Lightning Lariat (sticker was 82) for 66.5 on a 3 year lease with 45K mile allowance. I actually lowered my payment and got a vehicle with 3 years of warranty. I am absolutely terrifed of that info screen going away. It makes me twitch just thinking about it.
I have quite a few parts for the pony that I never got around to installing that I am thinking of putting in the marketplace. I have the KW V3 Coilover Kit with pre installed Ford OEM top hats / shock and strut mounts I bought from Eddie a couple of years ago still in the box and I also have a set of Steeda Sway bears NIB. Not sure what the interest is, but if you are interested, I want them to go away.
Anyway, You guys have been awesome and super informative. I appreciate all the help!
