p.s. could they not have sent an insert that matched the color we bought... for lord sake, there are only 3 to choose from and they have the VIN.

The answer to the other part of your question about why they couldn't send you one in the color of your car? They deleted colors yesterday from the lineup. They're out.

Update: received FE fractal pony August 24th…so approximately 5-1/2 months after purchase.

Bought my Canadian First Edition early March. Have not received the color matched fractal pony like others are posting.
