Yes . I ordered my Mache E back in 2021 and six months later it was delivered at my Ford dealership in Santa Clartia CA. The buying experience was great! I was very apprehensive about using there service department. But I am happy to say they were Great! The first time I took the car in was for the

Sorry. The recall. They did the maintenance for $30.00. It had 7500 miles on it. The only thing it needed was a tire rotation. I was introduced to the lead Mache technician. Very sharp! I feel comfortable taking my car to them. This is my first Ford product. Very happy so far.

Any dealer/service recommendations for the San Gabriel Valley? I've been going (and going back) to that big place in the SFV, but I'm looking for something closer to home that isn't so overwhelmed.

Try Envision Ford in Monrovia,1031 Central Ave it use to be Advantage Ford. Bought our Mach e there and have had service there without problems except keeping the car for more day# than I like.

Yes. Rotate your tires for free at discount tire co or americas tire co. Buy an in cabin filter on amazon for 20 bucks. Install it your self in 5 minutes. Everything else is fine.

i had recalls (module updates, windshield, pano roof seal) and hvbj done on my 2021 premium at where i bought the car, star ford in glendale. they went smoothly, for the most part, in that i was provided an enterprise rental (only had to pay tax).

time without the car wasn't excessive, 1-2weeks especially with the scheduled services and they were able to get the parts within 1-2days. not sure if they have more than 1 EV tech though.

haven't had to pay for any services yet (doing my own cabin filter, tire rotations, etc) so never taken it in for non-recall/warrant work so can't speak to how much they charge for those or 12v replacement.

sounds like galpin in van nuys is a bit pricey with their maintenance visits. anyone get their 12v replaced there out of warranty?

Any recommendations for South Bay of LA? Autonation on PCH is closest — anyone with experience there?
