Software Issues Keep Repeating, No Blue Cruise and Other Issues

This is the 4 or 5th time my software has gone coo-coo. This time it started with my clock showing 24 hours vs 12 hours. It would occasionally go back to 12 hour for a trip but after week or so it is 24 clock all the time. This is the 2nd time I've had clock issues and I knew more issues were on the way and I was correct. I have now lost all on driver assist features with the exception of basic cruise control. My parking cameras works and I think my crash alert probable still works. On at least 1 occasion when my apple CarPlay wasn't working needed directions and I used the ford onboard nav system. I have used it before and has worked but this time it was malfunctioning to an extreme. This was the only time i would count any of my problems as a safety issues.

Previous software issues include
  • Lights staying on, for ages
  • Apple CarPlay connection issues
  • issues identifying my phone as a key
  • auto high beam not working
  • ford navigation malfunctioning. On one occasion I was unable to stop the trip on the screen and I had to pull over and restart the car a few times to get it to stop giving me the inaccurate directions.
  • man i know there are several more but I cannot think now

The most disappointing thing is the service department at my local dealership always makes me wait weeks for an appointment despite the fact that it is all one or another version of the same issue. I'm seriously thinking of starting to schedule an appointment as soon the car done so I have it in case I need it.
However I still absolutely love my 2022 Mach-E GT. My wife has a 2022 Tesla Y Sport with full self driving and it not safe. The Blue Cruise and the other ford safety features make my Mach-E the safest vehicle I've ever owned

No One Else Has Had The Same Issues??????
As I wait for my service appointment BlueCruise worked for a short trip, 2 miles, but that was it. Still no driver assist features working.

Sorry you're going through this. The Mach-e is such an amazing vehicle but dealing with the software and dealership lessens the experience. I don't get OTA updates anymore (still stuck on 3.5.3). I setup a couple appointments, both times had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment, finally went in, was told "Not seeing any errors so everything is fine". Yesterday I was told "According to FDRS you're completely up to date, nothing to do." So apparently MY vehicle stops at 3.5.3... breath... breath. I'm a tech guy and having something out of date and impossible to update is extremely frustrating. ? But I love the vehicle, so I guess I just have to miss out on all the new features and firmware updates.

Have you posted your VIN to this thread so a forum member can confirm that your dealer is lying to you?

I have, I even took the screenshots of all the updates in. They said "The only way to truly know what is not up to date is physically hooking the vehicle up", and according to their screenshots, everything was indeed up to date.
So it sounds like the screenshots you received from a forum member don't align with what they say is on their screen at the dealer?

They did hook it up, that's why they were telling me everything was up to date. And yeah, I agree with something not sounding right but what can you do? Apparently they do not care at all about the PowerUp updates, only modules, even though the PowerUps are new features and firmware updates that do have an impact on the operation of the vehicle. Just sort of stuck for now I guess. Maybe eventually I will get an update again, but for now it doesn't seem like there are any 'issues' with the vehicle.

There are already multiple threads for most of the issues you mentioned. The auto highbeam is the only one I don't remember hearing of before.
