Software Update

Hello all. I am a new Mach E owner but long time Mustang owner. I am a little confused. I just got a lot of updates back to back and now they have slowed down. The one app though that I seem to be missing is the charge assist or I believe is the public charging app. It hasn't shown up. Open to suggestions or how to find out where it is at.

OTA updates come sporadically and often in illogical sequences. Nobody can tell you when you are going to get any particular software until it’s been queued for your VIN. I would suggest going to the FDRS thread and asking a volunteer there to look up your VIN to see what they can find. ??

Regarding Charge Assist/Public Charging, you're not alone. I believe Ford is aware of the issue and is working on it.
