Software updates - Ford Pass does not reflect Mach-E settings

Question on updates. I’ve yet to see an update on my Mach-E. If I look in the ford pass app screenshot, it says “No schedule set” and “Manual”. Though in the car, I do have a schedule set and it’s set to auto-update. Curious what others are seeing in the FordPass app? Am I missing something?

There have been many people post that they are seeing the same thing. Since this screen is new to the app, and not to the car, I'd trust what the car has set over the app.

Little late to the thread, but chiming in to say that I was looking into the same thing as a potential issue for never getting an OTA.

I tried 'get the app in sync' by disabling automatic updates within the car, letting that soak for a few hours, and then turning automatic updates back on in the car... but the app still incorrectly reports that my updates are set to manual.

I guess I'll just have to impatiently wait for my OTA like everyone else who still hasn't gotten it.

Mine says the same manual, but car is set to auto. ALso the monthly summary on my journeys tab on my Ford Pass app is greyed out. Anyone's working? It says make sure journeys are on (which they are)
