I received my First Edition, ER AWD MME last Wednesday. I'm waiting to get my 240 Volt Charging Station installed next week. In the meantime, I'm trying to use the 120 volt mobile charger, but it's only charging at a rate of 2 miles per hour. I believe I read somewhere that it should be charging at a rate of 8 miles per hour on the 120 volts. I also made the mistake of not seating the plug in all the way at first.

Nope. With 120v, you’ll only get 2 to 3 mph.

At a charge rate of 2 miles per hour of charging on 120 volts, that's close to worthless. An electrician is scheduled tomorrow to give me a quote to install the 240 Volts in the garage. After this experience, well worth it!
