[SOLVED] Help...can't select profile

Hello.

I seem to be stuck on the guest profile. I can see my profile but when I push on "make active profile", it doesn't do anything. I tried resetting Sync (volume and right) to no avail. Any other suggestions?

Did you set your profile to one of the three on the door?

Try the soft reboot of Sync4.

Rebooted. Still see my profile but unable to make it active.

Solved it! I made a new "test" profile, selected that and then selected my original profile. Brought everything back. Woohoo!
