Profile not loading and cannot select

Same issue here. Been happening for weeks. Half the time I start the car, Guest profile loads, and pressing either myself or my wife as profile only loads the seat memory preset, nothing else.

I'd report this bug to Ford, but you know... their engineers think a direct link between customer feedback and their development team should not exist. There is literally no way to report these issues to Ford.

I oftentimes wonder if they have spies that lurk on public forums digging through customer feedback.

I've been having this issue on my 2021 job one Route 1 trim for a few months. A reboot (hold vol- and next song) fixes it for a few days. It is a pain in the ass though because my wife and I have drastically different drive modes. In my mind, this should be a safety recall because the car behaves in a way the driver doesn't expect and can't safely adjust while driving. I literally have to pull over and restart part of the car to keep it from unexpectedly rolling into traffic.

I had this issue for a while now I always feel its related to a partial update that didn't finish but I am speculating.
