SSM 53115 2022-2023 Mustang Mach-E - Speedometer Stays At 1 MPH (1 Km/h) When The Vehicle Is Stopped

Some 2022-2023 Mustang Mach-E vehicles may exhibit the condition where the speedometer stays at 1 mph (1 km/h) when the vehicle is stopped. This may be due to the software in the instrument panel cluster (IPC). This condition does not affect vehicle durability and no additional diagnosis or service is required for this condition at this time. Inform customers that they can continue to drive the vehicle and engineering is currently working on a solution for this condition and will be released via a software update delivered over-the-air (OTA) expected in Q1 of 2025. Software will update automatically if vehicle connectivity is enabled in the vehicle’s settings. Schedule a service visit for customers who have disabled vehicle connectivity or who report that they did not receive the update in Q1 of 2025. Monitor OASIS for additional information.

BTW, the 1 mph went away in OTA 6. Something. After Blue Cruise 1.3 installed in my 2021 Job 1:

I'm trying to figure out why this particular issue is such a big deal among mache owners. Do you all lack the powers of observation necessary to determine if you are at a complete stop?
