I have no insight as to when it will be lifted. I don't think anyone outside of whatever team of engineers in Ford is responsible for this knows anything. Thanks for the reply, do we have even slight understanding of a possible timeline when this will be resolved? And any idea whether this would require FDRS or OTA will work again?

I have noticed a few vehicles on a Sync version lower than 23187 get updates released to them, but the SSM is still live in the PTS webite.Has anyone an idea how many cars are blocken with this code .
And is it also with new cars or only 2021/2022 select models
That's great to hear! Let's hope @Ford Motor Company can confirm that it has been solved for us.Mine was caught by this SSM - a 2022 AWD which was running PowerUp 4.2.1.2. That was delivered in August followed by a big fat nothing for many months. Sync version was 23187, exactly the one which was listed as being the stopping point in the SSM.
However, mine got updated again last night. I didn't do anything - just used the car as normal. Update SYNC 25.1.7.10.1 was installed last night, and now I have a bunch of new things available. Camera button at the top of the screen, and being able to use the volume control to spin the temperature up and down. There's a small change applied to the fonts on screen etc too.
So, certainly seems like updates are rolling once more...
