SXM Hardware Problem

My SXM spent a couple minutes displaying “SiriusXM loading…” then switched to “Hardware Problem“ on two separate start cycles this morning. Anyone else having this issue today or ever? Not sure if the issue is hardware in my car, problem with my three year subscription (30 months remaining) or their hardware ?‍

Finally got in to the dealership today and they resolved my issue by “running a reset as suggested by the 3182 pin point test b“. After the reset, whatever was reset, the SirriusXM worked as expected ?‍. Apparently due to my short 5 mile regular commute, my 12v is finding it difficult to stay charged and their belief was the car came out of hibernation but couldn’t clear the SirriusXM.

i have to charge the car weekly, not for the HVB but to keep the 12v above 40%. They claim to have tested the 12v and found it within spec.
