I can tap on preset on the screen and will play that station, but then it un-selects itself on the screen so it looks like I have no preset selected even though the station is still playing.

Hitting forward or backwards on the steering wheel makes it jump to my FM presets instead of between my SXM presets.

When it’s on the FM presets, they will stay “selected” on the screen, whether it was selected by tapping on it or using the steering wheel button.

This just happened today and it was working fine yesterday. Tried rebooting sync with no help.

Anyone else experience this problem?

I have the same issue, but I was never able to step through Sirius presets from the steering wheel (goes to FM). How is that accomplished (I would RTFM, but Ford couldn't be bothered to provide one and the online version is clunky)?

I would try re-establishing the presets. (Long press the inactive button while that station is playing).

Are the presets you are trying to scroll through in 700 range? I have a bunch of 700 channels that gets skipped over, but not all of them. The lowered number channels will work just fine to scroll through with the steering wheel buttons.

I actually did do that a couple weeks ago after re-subscribing to SXM and it was doing the same thing but only to half of the presets.

Saving the same station over the existing preset did not work. I had to save a different station to each preset then save the original one back again. Then it worked fine all up until the other day.

Don’t want to have to do that every couple weeks. 🫩
