So the one time my wife drives my MME and she gets this message, I've literally never seen this before, doesn't look like an OTA is pending or trying to install either, which I saw someone else got when they were doing an inhibit update, but that's not the case here. (Also no judgement on the SXM presets, they got reset on her profile lol)

That was an update. Try to manually run it. It will begin a 2 minute countdown. Lock the car and walk away and it may complete.

There's nothing pending though. Even looking at the backend there's nothin.
