Sync won't reboot

My Sync is acting a little strange, so I tried a reboot using the holding the down arrow and the right seek button and nothing happens. I used to be able to reboot sync to fix minor issues. Using the left arrow opens the diagnostic screen but the right arrow will not force a reboot like it should.

Anyone else have or seen this issue?

Do you have FORScan? You can reboot the APIM that way.

Our garage does. Maybe I will have them try.

I think the mystery is solved. My right seek button has completely stopped working. It must have been intermittent but does not work at all now which is what you need to do the manual reset.
