I’m looking at the GT as well. I don’t necessarily miss the power of my MMEGT as 1. The EV6 GT Line is plenty fast 2. I really only used the 0-60 when I wanted to impress/scare the s*** out of my passenger. However, I heard that the GT may not have cooled seats…that may wind up being the dealbreaker, tbh.
Right, I don't need the racing type seat anymore, used to love my Recaros but more into comfort these days.

Things I like and wish the MME had are the HUD, cooled seats, stuff like that.

I'll keep an eye on the EV6 as well as the GV60

It’s not the Lexus like ride of the Ioniq but, who wants that car anyway???? ?
Your opinions of the EV6 mimic mine. Great EV... with some first-gen infotainment problems and also insane markups where I am.

800V charging doesn't appeal to me because I dislike DC charging and won't take EVs on long road-trips but the V2L would be extremely useful.

As for the Ioniq 5... yeah too much of a luxury sedan for me. I might fall asleep driving one on the highway lol. I much prefer the zippy hatchback-like handling of the EV6 and if you can live with the smaller cargo space and lower headroom... it's a great choice.

I am a little hesitant to buy a brand new first gen EV given my issues with the ID.4 and hearing about Job 1 builds here. I'm happy to wait 6+ months for issues to be resolved :)

Well, luckily, the EV6 forum hasn't been rife with torches and pitchforks over problems with the car. One of the common issues I have been seeing is the same as the MME, dead 12V batteries. Besides that, no real issues (Knocking on wood).

GV60 is drool worthy IMO. The only thing I DON'T like about that car is the range....or lack thereof
260 miles for AWD scares me...

I thought the same when I first visited the MME forum... wow! no problems! (coming from an ID.4 forum where every week there was a person complaining about the "Electrical Drive System" error and the battery coolant pump).

Nobody knows about long-term reliability until more are on the road and after 6-12 months have passed. I do know Kia paint is very hit and miss.... Kia Carnival owners complain about it peeling off. On the flipside... Telluride owners all seem to be ecstatic about their cars.

I'm thankful for the warranty. Best in class. Hopefully I'll never need it.
