Terrible call quality using bluetooth.

Our 2022 Mach E GT has unuseable quality when making bluetooth phone calls. Audio on both sides of the call is choppy. We tried all the normal fixes like deleting and re-adding the phones. Happens on all phones Android and IPhone. Took the car to dealer and it was left for multiple days and they could not resolve the issue. They had us take it home and said they needed to talk to Ford engineering....and then we never heard back from the dealer. What should we do?

My dealer got in touch with Ford engg and they recommended changing the noise canceling mic inside the car. So far, that fix is working great. Now if only the calls would stay on the car speakers the first time

How do you know this issue wasn't resolved since it was posted 1 1/2 years ago?
