If you received 24-PU0119-DC-CHG4 OTA, and are enrolled in BlueOval Network, it should be ready to go via Plun and Charge.

Just go try it out. I never saw my car get the Tesla update but it worked for plug and charge right away first time.
If it doesn’t start then you can start the charge from the Tesla app if you want.
