New owner of a MME here!

I've been playing around in the FordPass app and am constantly getting this error message when trying to use the trip planning feature. Everything else working great. Am I missing something here? Thanks!

Not really missing anything. The app is a bit of a tire fire. Best to set charge settings and departure times from the screen in the car too. My journeys and trip planning may or may not work at any time. Make sure you’ve got all your connected services set up as the app may not be seeing that you have a subscription to maps and updates which may prevent trips as well. In short, don’t rely on the app for much. Google or Apple Maps will give you better trip planning. PlugShare or ABRP will give you better charging planning.
