Base select model. 50,000 miles. Front inside edge gone. Alignment check, it’s in specs, but you can’t adjust camber anyway.

Not true. You can adjust the front camber and this is even stated in the Factory Ford Mach-E repair manual which I posted below. Where did you take your car? Ford Dealership or tire shop? As the car comes from the factory, the front camber is not adjustable however, all you need to do is replace the two splined strut to wheel knuckle bolts with regular bolts and you can adjust the camber. I do this all the time when raising/lowering the suspension after installing springs. Looks to me you have too much negative camber.

Replacing those strut to knuckle bolts is the cheapest way to be able to adjust the camber but it is more time consuming to get the camber adjusted properly. Instead of using regular bolts, I use adjustable camber bolts which makes it much easier for the alignment person to adjust the camber. These are the ones I use:
