Tracking order using VIN won't work

Hi, I'm new to this Forum, I ordered the California Route 1 AWD extended battery space white October 22. My build date shows 3-14-22, and I have a VIN number, but when I enter it on tracking site, it says unable to track that number....any suggestions? Thanks!

Do you have the order number too? Also, check to make sure there's not an extra space at the end of your VIN. The one I copied from the email had one.

Also, the tracker is down as often as it's up.
