Have you tried the trackers button, top of this page?

yes, but since last week, when I entered my order and vin, after I hit track, the page refresh and I need to enter them again

I've had several occasions where I've had to dump cookies and/or change browsers. Ford's website doesn't always play nice with Safari on my Mac. Try using a different browser, re-entering the order number and VIN, and seeing how it goes. I've had to bounce back and forth between Safari (my usual) and Chrome (my backup.)

Seg doesnt work anymore. Seems Ford cracked down on third party trackers accessing their info.

You're pretty much just limited to the official Ford tracking now. (not sure if this also applies to European orders or not)

If your car has been built and shipped, it may have been put on 'quality hold' like mine has been for the past 2 weeks. As soon as its status changed to 'hold,' none of the trackers worked any longer.

Yup that happens occasionally. I've been on chip hold since 10/4 so I'm tracking a lot. The site goes down periodically (or maybe just blocks specific vins for certain amounts of time?)

But in addition to that, they've also cracked down on how their data is used outside the official sites. Which is a shame because the seg tracker was great when the official site wasn't working

Unfortunately the module sight isn't as sure a thing as people think either. I have plentyyyyy of modules show up. Pages and pages worth. I have the "activation" button on FordPass too.

And yet I'm on a chip hold since early October.

That said, I do think us early October builds are an anomaly here and not the norm. But I think it's important to keep in mind for others too.
