Trip Meter not resetting

Having several issues with the Trip meter.
Half the time, the mileage from previous trip carries on while the energy use and time resets.
on Trip 1, I've noticed the energy use has remained constant at 3.7miles/Kwh despite variance in driving conditions.

hopefully just a software but fairly unreliable so far.

You may have to hit reset several times; if you see the mi/kwh go to 99.9 then it is reset properly. Otherwise you are correct: it gets stuck on the displayed value.

Yeah I had that issue yesterday where resetting trip 1 didn't reset the mpk from 3.9, and then it remained stuck there no matter how I drove...

My “THIS TRIP” does the same thing. 30 or 30% of the time the “This Trip” resets energy and stats, but not mileage. It is frustrating as I’m trying to collect data for analysis.

Use "trip 1" or "trip 2" which have the reset button that you can hit multiple times. The other choice is to turn the car off and turn it back on to restart the "this trip" meter.
