That’s the video i have been following. On the 3rd fob I keep getting a key program failure error. Has anyone been able to add a fob?

Yes, and it works just fine.
I had to do it twice, because I didn't go fast enough the first time (you have to do it relatively quickly), but the second time worked.
Just to confirm, before you are starting, the vehicle is completely off and all doors/windows are closed before you start?
And you are only pressing the on button once each time? And your foot is nowhere near the brake pedal?
Are you getting the "key program successful" message after the first two steps?

I got it figured out. I was doing all the above steps correctly. Just was not waiting long enough on the 3rd Fob. The car wasn’t starting immediately so i would press the start button again. That’s when i would get the error message.
