I'm a 2021 Job 2 (Aug build, completed in Oct, received Nov 29), AWD Ex. I've received all the updates through 5.1.1, but I'm not getting 6.1.0. Car is showing some funny behavior. When I turn it on and go the software updates screen, it generally shows that Auto Update is off, no schedule set and 5.1.1. is "Not Complete". However, if I wat a few seconds, it changes to show that Auto Update is on, shows my schedule of every day at 1:00 AM and shows 5.1.1. as complete. I've been checking daily for 6.1.0 for nearly a month now and this is the first time GA OTA updates haven't come to my car quickly.
The exact same thing is happening to mine (21 AWD ER Job 2).

Is there a way to see what Version I'm on ? Sync Info under Gerneral Settings doesnt give a clear answer either.
Another option is to look in the app.

Go to Vehicle->software updates

Then go to recent changes

Mine has successfully installed 6.1.0 but it's also doing the same strange things with the auto update settings where it'll show as being off, then later on

Yes, I've seen the same thing in my car. My FordPass display is correct.

I was in the same boat (2021 Job 1, Feb 8th build). Unsuccessful update for 5.1.1 on Sept 24. After I read this post I decided to see if the message changed after waiting a few seconds. Instead, it showed automatic updates were off and the update time was "None". I tried a few times to set a time and turn auto updates back on, but it kept turning off. Then I noticed the status message had changed to "Updates are downloading". Turned the car off, waited 10 minutes, and now FordPass is saying it's installed. So now waiting to be stuck at 6.1.0.

Maybe it's coincidence, but after realizing I'd been dropped from the EA Program I sent an e-mail last night to a contact there and this morning they re-enrolled me.

Interesting... I suspect that's more of a coincidence with the timing of EA enrollment.
The reason I say that is people are experiencing that behavior on both 5.1.1 and 6.1.0. So that suggests that it's an interface glitch that doesn't actually affect the ability to get a software update. Personally I didn't even notice this behavior until after 6.1.0 was installed. Didn't have any reason to go in and look at that setting until I realized 6.2.0 was going out and I was getting left behind

What does 6.1 do (which module update)? My sync is on version 980, which is supposed to be 6.2??, I've also got the SCCM which is 6.4. I haven't received the TCU yet which is 6.3

Okay, so I've got 6.1 (GWM), 6.2(APIM), and 6.4(SCCM) all from FDRS. I don't have 6.3 though (TCU)
21 GTPE.

My 2022 hybrid F150 has gotten 6.1 "&6.2" F150 (GWM), 6.2 "6.3" on F150(APIM). It seems the 2022s are being favored right now for updates for some reason. I've seen a total of 4 F150s, all 2022s, that have received 6.2 6.3

That actually brings up a good point - you've been doing all of your updates via FDRS. And everything up to the current OTA has been available there, except for the 6.3.0 TCU update. Perhaps 2021 have a something different related to the TCU that's putting a pause on updates.

My prediction is that a TCU update will appear in FDRS at the same time we start getting updates again

I have the Connected Services menu that comes and goes, and FP has been acting really weird the last couple of days. The CS menu issue started after 5.1.1. I did a SYNC reset and the menu came back long enough for me to turn everything back on. Seemed like everything was good until 6.1.0 installed...

First Edition, November 2020 build. In EA. Updates were going very smoothly but stopped cold after 6.1.
