Ford halted updates a while back such that any car that made it to 6.1.0 would stay there but would not move on to 6.2.0. The 6.2.0 update got revised and re-released ... and in some cars you'll get 6.2.0 and in other cars it will be 6.2.1 -- regardless of what the number is, the description will be the same ... "if you've recently received 6.2.0 .... this is a re-release".
It's a big update. But things are rolling again. Once you get beyond the 6.2.x update, things start to move quickly (as well as several updates that aren't in the 6.x.x series).
My '23 GT P is now at 6.7.0 (it is in Early Access) and I just got an update for the power lift-gate (which makes me happy ...it installed last night but I haven't tested it. Previously if I poke the button above the license plate to open the lift-gate it will open slightly ... then stop. I have to poke it again to get it to open all the way. If I open it via app or the center screen then it opens all the way -- no problem. I'm hoping thIs update fixes that (my '21 doesn't have that issue).
