I am occasionally getting a "Unable to Display Vehicle" App error in the FordPass app. Any suggestions on how to resolve? Background - new Google Pixel 10 Pro; been getting the error since just after getting the phone

based on the signal bars in the top right it looks like the phone itself is having connection/signal issues and is falling back to satellite connection.

I’m surprised you were able to post here about it. Connection or no connection.

Following up on this - is it the case that the FordPass App will not communicate with the car when there is no internet connection? I recently switched from a Samsung to a Pixel phone, and I thought the old Samsung would allow me to use app features like roll down the windows just through Bluetooth once I was close enough for Bluetooth to connect, regardless of internet connectivity. Am I wrong?
