Ford just got me to update my app on my iphone and now its terrible compared to what the old one was. Basically its not working and it was working just fine. Sorry i updated

Least descriptive post in a while. It works perfectly fine for me and my wife. Care to elaborate and maybe someone can get your rolling again?

Try reading the other threads for troubleshooting. Likely deleting and installing from scratch will fix.
Mine has been working wonderfully. It’s faster to start the car than the Tesla app was for me.

I know iOS just had an update so check that. Also you may want to turn your device off wait 30 seconds and power backup
