OTA Update not working

I keep getting the following error:

"We recently tried to install a Ford Power-Up software update for your 2022 Mustang Mach-E but were unsuccessful. We'll try the installation again at your next regularly scheduled update time. Ongoing updates like this help you enjoy the best possible version of your Mustang Mach-E."

Every night it tries to update and fails. Anyone else have this issue? How did you resolve it. I tried forcing the update and letting it sit in the garage with the doors locked and not touching the vehicle, but it still errors.

Try it again immediately after driving the car for a while. Your 12V battery is probably low.

I had a similar problem with the last update. It kept trying to install and failing. Finally, I brought it to the dealer for the HVAC module update. They updated a few items, checked the 12V & rotated the tires, charged to 100%. That evening it updated and also updated 23-PUO415-BLM-VIS.
I believe the 12V battery was the updates problem.
