Ford Pass not working after last update

I haven’t been able to open up Ford Pass in about a week. Whenever I try opening it, it gets stuck on the initial Ford screen for a few seconds before crashing. I’ve been hoping that once there’s a new update that may fix it, but I’ve also been thinking about uninstalling and then reinstalling the app. Does anyone know if that would cause any issues like having to re-set up PaaK or other settings?

1. Restart the phone if you haven't tried that
2. Uninstall and reinstall the app
3. When discussing apps on the forum, please list your phone &/or operating system. iPhones and Android phones are completely different, as are their apps.
